We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Treatment Coordinator. This part-time role includes two days in the clinic and two days working from home, focusing on administrative duties. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for patient care, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to excel in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Patient Coordination: Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring smooth and efficient clinic operations.
- Patient Care: Provide compassionate and professional care to patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate patient records, manage treatment plans, and handle administrative tasks related to patient care.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between patients and orthodontists, clearly explaining treatment plans and addressing patient concerns.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other dental professionals to ensure a high standard of care and a seamless patient experience.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in orthodontics is preferred, while experience in hospitality is beneficial but not mandatory. Training will be provided for the right candidate who has the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the role.
